The cost, upon arriving here I realized it was much cheaper at the hotel. And then in the app I realized that there was already $600 more than what I paid for 3 nights

The room did not have connections to charge the phone

The location is exceptional. The reception staff (from the hotel across the street, where they send you for check-in) was very kind. We asked for a hairdryer and they didn't have one, they told us they were expecting to receive them, the next morning he came to our room to see if we still needed it because they had just arrived, it was a 10 detail. They kept our luggage after check out.

Poor maintenance: old furniture, shower curtain with mold; noisy spring bed... Absence of bedside lamps, only 1 socket in the whole room+bathroom and socket hidden behind the nightstand. The room light goes with the ceiling fan so if you are cold but want to read you have to manage with the bathroom light. Noisy nearby bar until late, at least on Friday when we stayed.

An excellent 3-star hotel. Very attentive staff. Excellent location if you like to walk, you have the center 3 blocks away, the Convent of the Cross 3 blocks away, and if you like the nightlife, it is located on the best street of small bars.

Well, there was no restaurant service, the door from the reception hallway to the rooms couldn't be opened, the ramp where the living room is next to the stairs is dangerous because you can slip, the shower to bathe was full of lime and water only came out of 3 little holes, I had to remove it and clean it so that the water would come out well and I think that's it.
