Although the hotel is officially rated three stars, the level of hospitality and professionalism I experienced made it feel like a five-star establishment. I would particularly like to recognize Chathuri and Roshen at reception for their professional attitude, courtesy and commitment to guest service. Their approach reflects the importance of genuine hospitality and contributes positively to the hotel’s reputation. Thank you to the team at ibis Doha for making my visit to Qatar such a pleasant experience.
