I really liked the area, room as well, clean, help when needed, staffs were lovely but I wish I had little light reduction option in restroom and I felt the space to walk was too small for two of us, congested to open the suitcases. Apart from that all went well. Thank you.

Muito pequeno o quarto, mal teve espaço para tomar um banho, logo pela manhã quando estava dormindo o alarme disparou descemos correndo e foi um alarme falso,muito caro para o tamanho do espaço e zero comodidade

It’s a long review but take your time out to read. We booked a family room and they gave us bunk beds like a hostel. We ignored that thinking it was a one night stay and we can manage. What was surprising was that this was supposed to be a family room and they gave us a transparent bathroom. There was no closet space just hooks on the wall for us to hang our stuff. The plug points were no where near the beds which was highly inconvenient. We ignored everything because we were using the room just to sleep but when we did want to sleep the club/pub next door were blasting their music right next to our room. On talking to the staff they told us they can’t help us change the room despite our several inconveniences and gave us flimsy earplugs that didn’t help. They also said we should have “mentioned” that we don’t want transparent bathrooms which was the stupidest sentence considering we were traveling with family. We have lived in several hotels and we have never had such a bad room or experience.
