Aircondition did not work properly No room service. Only one access card for one double room. Only one access card for one suit room, which is very annoying, each time when one person goes out and come back to room, you have to ring the bell to open the door from inside by disturbing your sleeping family members.

Property messaged after booking was made to say no unmarried couples allowed. My partner and I are not married and booked for a very early morning flight. Hotel refused refund even though we were not allowed to stay!

Room was so poorly insulated, could not sleep a wink. everything from road traffic to aircraft noise was horrendous.
