Was met at the airport by a hotel representative who took us directly to the hotel in a relatively new airport shuttle minibus. Reception was very professional when we checked in. Our room was big and very clean with everything you would expect. The bar lounge was friendly and drinks were reasonably priced. Breakfast was very good with multiple choice. Staff were very nice

Unfortunately, my overall experience was quite disappointing. While the staff were friendly and welcoming, there was very little else that met my expectations. Sadly, this will be my first and last stay at this hotel. Considering that the hotel is priced at the higher end, I expected a much better standard of accommodation, particularly in terms of quality, comfort, and overall presentation. Although the suite was spacious, the condition of the room was far from satisfactory. The view was disappointing, the lamp was crooked and visibly cracked, a picture on the wall was hanging unevenly, one table was broken, and another had noticeable cosmetic damage. Additionally, the carpet had visible burn marks. These are details that should not be overlooked, especially in a hotel charging premium rates. I paid $130 per night, which was supposedly a discounted rate. However, even at this price, the accommodation was simply not worth the money. Having stayed at several beautiful hotels in Lebanon, including luxurious suites with stunning sea views for just $80–90 per night, I know that much better accommodation is available at significantly lower prices. For a hotel charging $130 per night, even at a promotional rate, I expected a considerably higher standard of maintenance, presentation, and overall quality. In my opinion, the price is completely unjustified given the condition and standard of the accommodation. The hotel simply does not offer the level of quality that its pricing suggests. While I genuinely appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the staff, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience. It was extremely disappointing and certainly not value for money.
