The pool was under demolition, annoying noise all day from machinery drills, grinders, etc. The restaurant was impossible to eat calmly with that noise since it is located next to where they were working, the jacuzzis had disgusting water full of floating hairs, dead insects, etc. We complained at the hotel since the service and facilities were not what was offered to me, with no results. They told me that all complaints had to be made through booking, your solution was a small economic compensation that was useless to me.

The hotel is under construction and this was not communicated. The entrance to the room I stayed in needed to go through the garage. The pool is not working, also under construction. As informed, until September.
