Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception. The rooms are of a good size and well equipped, they are decorated in this beautiful Rajastan architecture. I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone who stays in Jaipur. Location is good a little tucked away from the main road, not too far away from the train and bus station.

For us it was bit difficult to locate the hotel.

Décevant, pour un hôtel qui n’a rien de palace et surtout pour une chambre présentée comme « deluxe ». La chambre était extrêmement petite, autour de 10 m², et ne correspondait absolument pas aux photos ni au standing présenté dans l’annonce. Mais surtout, nous avons eu des problèmes d’eau chaude pendant l’intégralité de notre séjour de trois jours. Nous avons dû réclamer à plusieurs reprises pour avoir de l’eau chaude, attendre parfois une quinzaine de minutes, et il nous est même arrivé de ne pas en avoir du tout. Pour un hôtel de ce standing, c’est un problème majeur. D’autres prestations de base faisaient également défaut : pas de papier toilette à notre arrivée, pas de savon et ménage insuffisant dans la chambre. Enfin, l’hôtel a voulu nous faire payer une bouteille d’eau prise au petit déjeuner (5 fois le prix d’une bouteille 104 roupies) alors qu’il ne nous avait jamais été indiqué qu’elles était payante. Nous avons dû nous plaindre à la réception pour que cette aberration soit résolue. Dans l’ensemble, l’expérience ne correspondait absolument pas au prix payé ni à ce qui était annoncé sur Booking. Le principal problème reste l’absence récurrente d’eau chaude, qui a fortement dégradé notre séjour et le niveau de confort des chambres bien en deçà de ce qui est attendu. Nous espérons que l’établissement améliorera réellement ses services.

Videos off arrival showing a garland welcome do not happen Booked 3 rooms 3 nights 1st night 2 rooms out of 3 had a severe smell of urine 1 room had poor springs on mattress 1 room got changed next day now 2 rooms with poor springs and 1 room smelling of urine. No food available if you had allergies manager just did not understand even after speaking in hindi.. Chef tried hard to help but limited in understanding of how severe allergies can be.so we had no choice but to eat at another hotel. They just did not care to offer alternatives, were closing so eat whats on offer or nothing. . Food Beverage discount not honoured Children running around screaming early in the morning even though advertising as child free Had a cockroach in room Concierge service booked a dinner gave wrong prices and we then over paid for dinner and show Mould in showers Staff no personality
