The receptionist was horrible, We paid for 3 nights in full and refused access cause we didn't yet pay R700 damage fee, which they refused to take cash in rands and also second option of US dollars and had a hustle to get someone with a South African bank account to deposit for us and was a mission to get a refund as well, too much administration and unnecessary demands to get our refund back, really not impressed with the receptionist attitude and conduct with guests.
The second bathroom should have had a shower instead of a bath. The iron was bad. Sounds carried from other apartments and people in corridors
