Very nice room. Great location. 5 min walk to the old city. Beds were awesome, small balcony was beautiful. Coffee machine also and fridge.

Very difficult to find a parking place around the building. Also, some basic kitchen facilities could help (wine opener, a way to clean the cups etc)
Great location from the sea, clean and nice-equipped room.
