Nice building with outdoor seating area at least on our floor. Nice neighborhood and close to the areas we wanted to hang out. The rooms were small but comfortable. Lovely decor. Parking was great and cheap for us in dollar but in Real it is a bit spicy, but I don’t think there is any street parking anywhere so plan for 50 trains daily paid upfront at the garage below.

The shower temperature was challenging and almost funny because we spent the whole shower either making it hotter or making it colder. Very weird. Breakfast was pricey!

Sempre ficamos nele. Quarto ótimo e com cozinha com apetrechos completos. Padaria a 100 metros e churrascaria ao lado. Facil chegar ao parque Ibirapuera para treino. Academia é ponto forte. Limpeza que merece aplausos
