Have to call back and forth with receptionist to find out the entrance. An email beforehand with some information about the check-in process, especially the entrance to use as there seems to be more than 2x gate entrance from 2 different roads. Having these details ahead of time would be really helpful and make the arrival process easier.

Apartment was very clean. There was hot n cold shower. Rooms were big n spacious. Staff was always ready to help if needed. Very private.

The Internet was not working so couldn't watch TV. Other then that everything was perfect.

We were given a room 2 metres from a building site. The block seemed empty so when we were woken at 7am by jack hammers we asked to move. Seemed like there was a large party of possible staff allocated 3 other apartments so the second night was also very noisy with parties. We had to clean both apartments that we were given and get one of the beds changed as there was blood on the sheets, no hangers in wardrobe, lots of mosquitoes in room but no bug spray given etc etc could go on listing the issues with this property but definitely wouldn’t go there ever again! We have complained to management but no response yet!
