Les voisin un peu bruyant.
Central to downtown Papeete, easy walk to the local grocery (Champion), dedicated parking spot. Multiple dining options in a short walk. Bedroom is quiet and the air conditioning works well. Interaction (online and through WhatsApp) with the hosts was easy and responsive. Across the street from Papeete's waterfront.

My son slept on the futon/couch in the front room (it's a bit short for someone 6'4") and the main road is noisy even during the night.
Inside the apartment is nice. It’s has large living room and kitchen. Bedroom is ok and bathroom is reasonable. Location is ok. Near by the town . Definite the TV and entertainment were big plus.

It was very hard check in. All the owner provided the instruction, the building structure did not provide easy check in. You have to go through few tight doors and small elevators with no lighting. We had to use our phone light to even locate the apartment itself. Apartment does not have any numbers and key wouldn’t work. It took sometime to get it opened with owners help. He was available over a video call. You will also have to go through homeless folks around the building. Somewhat concerning.

Ce que je n’ai pas aimé c’était une dame âgé avec 2 bichons que j’ai eu la mal chance de la croiser entrain d’arroser ses plantes je l’ai demandé un truc qu’elle m’a regardé méchamment BRef…
Logement propre et confortable, bien situé pour profiter de la ville, visiter Tahiti et prendre le ferry pour aller sur les autres îles.

Le bruit de la circulation qui empêche de profiter pleinement du balcon.
