They were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay and really made sure we were taken care of. The place was pretty clean overall, considering it’s an older, traditional-style homestay. It’s in a quieter area of the ancient town which was nice. Overall, we had a good stay and really appreciated the hospitality.

The bathroom was a bit small with no places to hang towels, a minor issue.

Good position in the old town, close to the South gate. Big and silent room at the ground floor. There is the possibility to use the washing machine (free of charge). Wang Zhigao is SUPER, he was able to find a private driver for us in order to continue our trip.

The hotel did not provide breakfast, as the surroundings had various options to choose from, and the food was relatively nice with an affordable price. The hotel is located in the middle of Lijiang Old Town and has easy access to tourist hot spots. Basically, we managed to find anything that we need, such as food, shopping, medicine, groceries, etc. (walking distance). The staff is friendly. Washing clothes were free!

It would be appreciated if frosted glass could be installed in the bathroom to provide greater privacy, as the current glass allows visibility from outside. This may be particularly uncomfortable when two occupants of the same gender share the room (unless you don't mind looking at each other while bathing...hehe).
