Location is good. Lots of cafe's restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores nearby. Close to MTR and Tram. Breakfast was good. Lobby has a good vibe.

1) The single bed was way too small. Barely big enough for a child let alone an adult. 2) Three elevators, only one working for 3 days 3) Constant interruptions and knocking on the door by housekeeping for no reason. 4) House keeping guy was quite rude. Knocked on the door and told me bluntly that they wanted the iron & ironing board back when I was finished as they were very busy. Buy more irons & boards..... 5) Sound proofing not good. Noise from nearby rooms, shouting and slamming doors, late at night
