When we arrived the front entrance at the street wad dirty .

The staff was super helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was wonderful with a large buffet selection in addition to taking customized orders. Easy walk to the lake, night market and other Old Quarter destinations. Lavander Central also provides ala carte massage/spa services. The therapists are very skilled and professional. My husband and I booked an hour each. Being at this Hotel made our trip to Hanoi.

יחס ושרות נפלאים , נתנו לנו להשאר בחדר עד השעה שהיינו צריכים לצאת לנמל התעופה 3pm, חדר נוח ונקי , ארוחת בוקר בסיסית וטובה , מיקום מעולה

The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful at all times. We checked out different hotels in the area but this location is also incredible and a very fair price.

What I didn't like was not having a window and a balcony. I am extremely claustrophobic and I always need a room that has a balcony. I wish this information should have been made apparent when I was booking?
