We hebben een ongelooflijk mooie tijd gehad in dit hotel. De service van het hotel was erg goed, vooral William. Het hotel ligt in de Old Quarter, alles op loopafstand. Onze kamer met balkon was groot en schoon. Ook veel faciliteiten aanwezig op de kamer. Een aanrader 🙏🏻

Fabulous hotel smack bang in the middle of everything. The location is 100%. The staff are very good. A special thank you to William who looked after us extremely well. We do not hesitate to recommend this hotel. Next time we are in Hanoi, we will definitely stay here.

Unfortunately I booked a deluxe double and only looked at the first pictures shown , the room we got was really small . Please be aware there is other choices for breakfast than on display , unfortunately I wasn’t made aware of this so went out for breakfast daily as the options on display were not suitable for me to eat .

Tout, pas la bonne chambre qui était sur les photos, salle de bain très salle, personnel qui ne sourit jamais, odeur de la cuisine qui remontait, humidité dans la chambre…
