The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious for our family, and the overall resort environment was peaceful and relaxing. The staff were friendly, and dinner was enjoyable. The location is convenient, being only a short drive from Nadi Airport, making it a good option for a family getaway.

Breakfast was quite ordinary with limited variety and did not meet our expectations. The resort Wi-Fi was very poor throughout our stay, making it difficult to stay connected. The buggy service was also disappointing, there was only one buggy available, and it was out of service during the last two days, so we had to walk long distances between our bungalow, the jetty, and reception with our young child. We also found the food and drinks to be quite expensive for the quality offered. A relaxing resort with comfortable rooms and friendly staff, but poor Wi-Fi, average breakfast, limited buggy service, and expensive food meant the experience didn't quite match the expectations set by the website and photos.

Same breakfast all day there is a need for change.

The room was very clean and the staff were very kind and friendly. There are plenty of loungers to sit on and watch the sea or pool from. Getting taxis into town and arranging excursions were super easy.

The main restaurant was not very good quality, the food was always a bit dry and overcooked whether ala carte or buffet dining. Very, very expensive for what it is, the food from restaurants in Port Denerau was infinitely better for the same price or less. We had a bungalow joined to the neighbours and you can hear absolutely EVERYTHING they do next door, even snoring! There is no swimming in the sea by the resort, it says you can at your own risk but that there is debris under the water and there is no life gaurd. You have to travel away from the hotel if you want to snorkel / swim in the sea. It is NOT 7km from Port Denerau as mentioned in the listing, more like 25kms / 30mins by road. Traffic can be absolutely mental so if you think this hotel is close to Denerau and easy to get to you will be disapointed.

This resort is unfortunately massively misleading, the photos must be over a decade old, it is absolutely not 4 star, would be pushing 3 at best. For the cost, I was absolutely gutted. The resort is very run down and needs a complete refresh. The staff were friendly and smiley, but lots felt like a punish to get sorted (very slow). Firstly the room (ocean view Bula) it was so basic I was in shock, not even a toothbrush in the bathroom, just hand soap and body lotion screwed to the wall. There was a squashed bug on the bathroom wall that remained our entire trip, the shower leaked really badly so we had to use two towels to soak up the mess and the room itself was dark/dingy and wasn't that clean, lots of old dead bugs in the photo frames and dust/dirt around the lights and bedframe. Nothing like any other Hilton I've experienced. The ocean view Bula huts are all two rooms and the wall isn't sound proof, we could hear normal conversation between our neighbour and their telly. Our tv didn't even work and took 24 hours to get someone to come try sort it. The huts are really run down and lots have missing/broken tiles on the roof and we could see light though ours in spots (lucky it wasn't a rainy period!!!). Directly out the front the ocean wall was broken and had ugly mesh around it, right where you would be enjoying the sunset view from the balcony. On to the main resort area itself, the pool access is weird, no steps you have to scramble in off the rocks and it's uncomfy to get out. The pool loungers and tables all needed a really good clean (to be replaced really). My lunch order went completely missing the first day and we had to follow up several times to get it (Fiji time!!). On our last night it took 90 minutes for our dinner to arrive and it wasn't that busy.
