Opiniones de los huéspedes

• Cleanliness8.0

Multiple comments praise cleanliness ("Clean", "נקי", "I was clean"), but at least one strong complaint about pool hygiene (pigeons/excreta) lowers the score slightly.

• Service9.5

Service is consistently highlighted positively with many named staff praised (Sita, Manish, Vijay, Kawal, etc.), described as courteous and helpful; occasional negative comment exists but overall service is a major strength.

• Location9.5

Many reviews cite proximity to Delhi airport/aerocity and convenience for short stopovers — location is a clear positive.

• Room Quality6.0

Multiple reviewers repeatedly report rooms are "extremely small" or "cramped"; room size is a notable negative affecting comfort.

• Amenities8.0

Amenities (pool, facilities, breakfast spread) are acknowledged and often praised, but issues such as pool cleanliness and lack of day rooms reduce the score to a solid but not top rating.

• Value for Money7.5

Mixed signals: one headline says 'Value for Money' yet others note price increases and feeling it's not worth the increased rate, resulting in a slightly below-target value score.

• Food and Beverage7.5

Food receives mixed feedback: some praise breakfasts and specific chefs, while other guests request improvements (restaurant/Citrus Cafe, catering to foreigners); overall slightly below target.

• Overall Experience8.0

Overall experience is generally positive for short stays/stopovers (comfortable, convenient, good staff), matching the target overall rating.

Beautifully decorated rooms and excellent staff. Lovely shower and comfortable beds. Booked this hotel due to its proximity to the airport which was really convenient.

INCREDIBLY NOISY!!! Housekeeping cleaned rooms the WHOLE night, scraping and banging furniture against floors and walls. Despite asking for a quiet room, we got exactly the opposite which really affected our sleep and our overall experience. I now understand why we got a complimentary dinner upon check in.

Przemiła obsługa, zarówno w hotelu jak i w hotelowej restauracji.

W łazience mogłoby być troszkę czyściej.
