Check in process was too slow.. There were cock roaches in the bathroom..the wash basin was not clean. We had to call for room freshener during the stay because of the stink in the room

As soon as I entered the lobby I could smell the disinfectant they use... it was a bit overpowering. Maybe it can be turned down a bit.
