Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im amira Hotel. Die Lage ist zentral aber ruhig, auch nachts. Das Frühstück war gut, es gab frisch zubereitet einspeisen sowie Obst mit yogurth, Tee und Kaffee und eine Auswahl an warmen Speisen (u.a. Fried rize). Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommen, wir wurden von Bobby betreut. Wir konnten den gesamten Betrag per Kreditkarte im Hotel ohne zusätzliche Gebühren bezahlen. Die Klimaanlage und das wlan haben sehr gut funktioniert.

The staff were so friendly and helpful before during and even after our visit, especially Bobby who kept in touch with us throughout via WhatsApp!

There is building work going on next door so the room was a bit noisy in the day when we came back to rest in the afternoon. However it was very quiet at night so that was brilliant.

This was such a beautiful accomodation to start our trip to Vietnam. Such a great location, a very clean, comfortable and beautiful room that I looked forward to coming home too every day. Bobby and the staff at Amira are some of the most wonderful hotel receptionists I have come across. Bobby is so knowledgeable and accomodating to all needs, even before and after we checked out.
