There was constant noise from the room above us at all hours of the night. Contacted staff about it and they said to contact police which seemed a bit extreme

The appartment was very clean and looked new. The bed was comfortable. The apartment had everything that I needed. The location was nice and close to everything. A bus stop was also very close. Nice cafe (Reykjavik roasters) nearby where you can eat breakfast.

The only drawback was the faul stench from the bathroom, probably from the drain under the shower. It was quite strong and disturbing. Although I notified the owner of the stench and someone came to fix it was not efficient and the stench came back after less than 1 day.

A small place, but it had everything we needed for our stay. Quick responses from the host. Had a pleasant stay with great check-in and check-out experience. The place has no problem with keeping your luggage after checking out for the same day :)

Maybe it would be nice you have a place for shoes, as it can get muddy traveling around.

The apartment is in a great location, close to the city centre, Perlan, and the sea. There’s a well-stocked convenience store and several restaurants nearby. Check-in was easy, and the host provided all the information I needed. My apartment was brand new, modern, and comfortably furnished, with a new bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. I’d definitely recommend it for both short and longer stays!
