Opiniones de los huéspedes
- Cleanliness1.0
Multiple reviewers explicitly praise cleanliness ("very clean", "extremely clean", "czyściutkie"); overall cleanliness is a clear positive.
- Service1.0
Staff repeatedly described as helpful and responsive (specific mention of assistance when a flight was cancelled); one note about no permanent reception slightly limits the score.
- Location1.0
Consistently reported as excellent/central/close to the old town or main square across many reviews; location is a major positive.
- Room Quality1.0
Rooms are frequently described as spacious, modern and comfortable, though there are isolated negatives (very poor mattress/pillow for one stay; a broken bathroom fan and some internal noise reported).
- Amenities1.0
Mixed mentions: some apartments include useful appliances (washer, small dishwasher), but there are repeated practical shortcomings noted (no permanent reception, limited parking with narrow gate, no English TV channels, occasional lack of on-site breakfast) that weigh negatively overall.
- Value for Money1.0
At least one guest explicitly called it 'cheap' and comfortable; overall high quality and location imply good value for many visitors.
- Food and Beverage1.0
Several reviewers explicitly complain about the lack of breakfast option or limited breakfast availability; this is the most frequently cited negative across reviews for food/beverage.
- Overall Experience1.0
Many guests describe the stay as superb/perfect and say they would return; overall sentiment is positive despite a few specific negatives.
