Opiniones de los huéspedes
- Cleanliness1.0
Multiple reviews specifically praise cleanliness and upkeep ("es war sauber", "propreté", "saubere Zimmer"); toiletries were appreciated and rooms described as well maintained.
- Service1.0
Generally noted as friendly and helpful (staff praised in several reviews, "La gentillesse du personnel", "extremely friendly staff", professional/helpful), though there are isolated complaints about breakfast staff and pool service.
- Location1.0
Location repeatedly described positively (quiet street, close to station, easy shuttle to Terminal 21, "Lage ist top"), but a few guests noted longer drives to main attractions or a 10-minute walk from Asoke.
- Room Quality1.0
Mixed reports: some guests report spacious, modern or 'enorme' rooms, while others complain rooms (and especially toilets) are very small, noisy (thin walls, loud fridge) or face exits/lifts.
- Amenities1.0
Amenities have positives (pleasant pool, shuttle service, good toiletries) but the pool is noted as small and sometimes crowded; overall a modestly positive impression.
- Value for Money1.0
Several reviewers call the hotel rather expensive for Bangkok and remark on higher pricing versus expectations, lowering perceived value.
- Food and Beverage1.0
Breakfast feedback is inconsistent: some praise the selection, others criticize limited fruit, poor quality in places and occasional unfriendly breakfast staff; overall mixed-to-negative.
- Overall Experience1.0
Overall sentiment is mixed: many guests had pleasant stays and would return, but recurring issues (small/noisy rooms for some, crowded/small pool, breakfast inconsistencies, occasional service lapses and distance to some attractions) pull the overall experience down.
Opiniones de huéspedes
De kamer rook heel muf en ik moest alleen maar niezen van het stof. De badkamer rook naar urine. Ook zat er schimmel in de badkamer.
