Exceptional hotel with great facilities.

It is very difficult to communicate with staff - English language is practically not spoken.

Some of the staff were very nice and helpful, but some also quiet nervous with foreigner guests maybe cause they can't speak english. It’s an old hotel, but they maintain it very well.

The hotel is located quite far from the city center. I actually came to this hotel for the Water park and Paradise Island, but when we arrived, they were closed. We were very disappointed. Otherwise, we would certainly be very satisfied.

Trvalo nám asi hodinu, než jsme si vykomunikovali změnu pokoje a přesunuli nás z nejvyššího patra do přízemí. Zařízení pokojů je staré a docela smradlavé.
