The staff were nice, and being able to leave our luggage while we went out to explore was really helpful. The location was great, especially for visiting Myeongdong and Namsan Hill.

The room was really too small for our needs, with very little space to move around comfortably. Public transport was also quite difficult to reach, especially with luggages, as the surrounding roads are narrow and hilly.
