The hotel staff brought three polices to check my luggage and our passport during night time, which I felt my privacy had been compromised.

There was initially some miscommunication regarding our room arrangement, but the staff responded immediately, resolved the issue efficiently, and offered thoughtful gestures that we greatly appreciated. The support from the Concierge team was excellent throughout our stay, and we also had a wonderful dining experience at the hotel’s Cantonese restaurant. While not everything may be perfect at all times, what impressed us most was the staff’s genuine commitment to responding quickly and doing their best to resolve any issue. Their professionalism and attentive service made a real difference to our overall experience. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the Waldorf Astoria Beijing.
