The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Walking distance to all the Zone Romantic restaurants, downtown, and nearby local markets and vendors. Also, very close to Conchas Chinas Beach (about 5-8 min uber ride)

That I wasn't able to stay to stay an extra week lol. I wasn't ready to leave to come back home.

We’ve stayed at Rivera del Rio before, so we already knew we were in for something special, but Medusa completely exceeded our expectations. As the highest penthouse, the room has an incredible sense of privacy and the views are absolutely spectacular. With balconies stretching from front to back, you get the best of everything... the river, the ocean, and the mountains. The views alone make this room unforgettable, but Medusa is also incredibly romantic. The large jetted tub for two was such a fun and luxurious touch, and the balconies gave us the perfect places to sit, relax, and take in the scenery. There’s something pretty magical about being up that high and watching the city come alive below you. Medusa really is a room made for lovers. It’s unique, intimate, and has those incredible Rivera del Rio details that make staying here feel like an experience rather than just a hotel stay. We absolutely loved our time here and would definitely choose Medusa again. 5 stars!!!!
