We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Astoria Palawan. The room had a bright modern theme, was well appointed and thoroughly serviced every day. The restaurant/bar was excellent. We had the buffet every night which was excellent. The pool & beach were very nice and an excellent place to relax & chill. The staff were professional and friendly and very helpful.

EVERYTHING was amazing did not expect such a warm welcome from the entire staff from the moment we arrived until the day of check out. They all have such a beautiful soul they all attempted to attend to every need - except one night. I went on excursion since I would miss breakfast they packed us up a nice small breakfast for the road.

Restaurant was closed I had a medical emergency due to diabetes. My sugar fell super low I attempted to get orange juice to bring sugars back up with no luck all local stores & property restaurant was closed. Thank goodness I found chocolate I had in my room. Be sure to buy any water or medical emergency items prior to your stay.

We loved the staff and the facilities! There were endless things to do in the resort. The trips, clubs, water park made it an unforgettable experience. When we had a problem with water pressure in our room the lovely staff upgraded us right away. The breakfast was really varied. We all especially loved the staff- they were amazing!!!

The original room we had was built oddly and beds weren’t very comfortable. We also had a problem with the shower. The whole place is amazing but a bit dated.. rooms and buildings.
