The staff were so pleasant and helpful, and were happy to switch our room when we requested for one further from the elevator. Breakfast was great and had quite a few options for us vegetarians! Our room was nice and clean, quite spacious and perfect for our needs. Our stay was excellent.

The pool is almost too small to be advertised as a bonus...

We were told to have 10% discount if we eat at the hotel restaurant. When the bill came, we were told that only members get the discount.

Mercure arranged very loud music (heave bass beats) outside the lobby on Sundaymorning in support of some Jakarta running event waking us and orher guest up around 06:00am on Sundaymorning….
