Very noisy air conditioning, damaged sofa bed, apartment not ready upon arrival.

Overall everything. It is a beautiful apartment in the old town with everything you need to spend a few days in the city, the appreciated air conditioning works perfectly and having two bathrooms is also a plus. The apartment is beautiful and the staff is also super friendly, they were attentive to everything :)

I liked everything, but as a point to improve there are no full-length mirrors, it seems silly but with so many spaces to put them we were surprised that there were none, the truth is that it is the only thing we missed in the accommodation.

We almost broke a chair and the sofa because they have very loose legs. We sat for a moment and almost fell. Disappointing. The central location, but at night, I will not comment, just say that it is scary. The towels? Dirty and not to mention that if you went downstairs to get clean ones, you found them even dirtier, shameful. The iron? It was almost burning the shirt. The ironing board? Even dirtier. At first, we saw an apartment and thought it was that one, we spent 30 minutes looking at which one it was, we saw that there was only one email with the exact location, we saw it and went but come on, it's not that difficult I think to put it more in booking as in the accommodation, because with the maps I couldn't find exactly that place... The shower doors didn't close properly, the TV channels almost didn't work. And expensive for what there was. I wouldn't repeat and I consider that it was not as they paint it on the website. Work on that and for me they should refund me
