Завтраки хорошие, бассейны глубокие классные, есть бильярд (только освещение плохое), есть платный теннис, территория отеля красивая уютная, во время завтрака музыка звучит понравилось очень. Персонал хороший. В общем рекомендую отель.

Полотенца нужно новые купить потому что они серые стали, очень старые. В комнате у детей у дочки постельное белье было в жёлтых пятнах, поменяли потом. Нужно улучшить уборку комнат

Le personnel ne comprenait pas vraiment l’anglais, c’était très compliquée pour avoir des informations. Les produits d’hygiène semblait ne pas être au complet par rapport à la photo qu’il y a sur booking, bien dommage. Très mal placé pas grand chose à proximité et à 30min en voiture de Sanur.

La chambre était spacieuse et moderne avec une literie confortable et une belle salle de bain. La piscine est magnifique.

L’emplacement un peu loin du centre ville de Sanur surtout en haute saison avec le trafic. Sinon au top.

Location: not really close to anything. The swimming pools are leased out most days for external scuba diving and children's swimming classes (kids are in there all day -which can only mean one thing about water quality...). So, quite hard/near impossible to enjoy the pools in relative peace. The shower had one detergent dispenser for both 'shampoo/body wash'. At the price the hotel is charging they should at least have a decent shampoo dispenser as well as a body wash dispenser.

Although I had talked about the fact that I needed a parking space because I had a broken leg, I had to go to a KFC parking lot and walk a lot. Moreover, the rooms booked were the last in the hotel, far away (for a man with a broken leg who walks hard). I was also asked for money on the second room as I arrived, as if I could run away (also because of my medical situation). I did not understand why you can not pass on the room the consumption from the hotel restaurant and pay for it at the end. It is recommended as a 4-star hotel. Then maintain the standards of a grade 4 hotel. Towels also try to take new ones. However, I think they are an age and the color is no longer white. The air conditioner only worked on/or. the temperature, or the ventilation power, etc. We never found cheese at breakfast. Food is okay, but it should be something for strangers. I had something to eat, but I think I should eat different foods. Everything I said leads to the conclusion that, at the price paid, the quality is commensurate.
