Desk staff Oblivious. Left word to clean room. Electrician and plumber the most attentive staff. I had to go to desk 4 times to get power on in room and later not cleaned and toilet leaked and was moved to another room. Other guests had similar issues. Some days only one lift was working. Seems corporate buy out and cut in staffing and service from previous years there. Breakfast large room now in smaller restaurant also

- The staff at the reception: out of three members of the hotel staff working at the reception desk, only one was courteous and professional. - The elevators: out of four, only two were working, leading to long waiting periods. More than that, the hotel staff were using the same elevators to carry trash bins, charrioys of bed sheets, etc. There was a service elevator, but I don't know why they didn't use it. - The corridor to the room was very dirty. - The room: carpet, furniture, bathroom sink were old, used. There was no shower gel, soap and toilet paper in the bathroom. I asked for some, despite the fact thst the lady at the reception noted down my request and room number, it literally took a whole day to have some toilet paper and shower gel. I had to go back to the reception desk in the afternoon and remind them. - There was no heating in the room despite the fact that there was some kind of radiator. When I asked at the reception, they replied that, since I have booked a standard room, heating is not included in the price. More than that, they were saying it like this is a normal thing. First time in my life when I hear that from a hotel. I would like to see where is this mentioned on their website or on booking.com

Cambian las sabanas cada 4 dias y el dia del cheking no cuenta el cuarto estaba sucio cuando llegue mande limpiar y solo ordeno la cama tuve que pedir que aspiraran

Der Teppich im Zimmer hat schon sehr lange keinen Staubsauger mehr gesehen. Im Badezimmer sind die Armaturen verkalkt und nicht sauber. Das Waschbecken war viel zu tief und die Lüftung hat nicht funktioniert. Es gab leider auch keine Handtücher. Für die Dauer von 3 Tagen musste 1 angefangene WC-Rolle für 2 Personen reichen. Das Morgenessen war ok - aber warum im PUP? Dort wo abends andere Gäste Bier trinken? Passt nicht.
