Pochi bagni per tante persone, lunghe attese anche solo per lavarsi i denti o semplicemente per andare in bagno. Ho dovuto fare due volte la doccia fredda. Scarsissima igiene sia in bagno che in cucina. Per lavare i piatti non era presente il sapone, ma viene riempito lo stesso flacone con acqua all’infinito, senza mai mettere nuovo sapone. Lenzuola e federa sembrano di poliestere e danno idea di sporco. Camera singola che confina con altre due camere tramite due porte interne chiuse a chiave, una delle quali coperta da una tenda (ovviamente sembrava di essere in camera con altre persone, si sentiva tutto).

There were several issues during our stay. 1. Not enough charging outlets There were only around 5–6 charging outlets in a room shared by four people. Considering that each guest usually has multiple devices to charge, this was simply not enough. 2. Guests' belongings were handled carelessly, followed by an extremely inappropriate incident involving a manager There was a serious incident regarding our personal belongings. We temporarily left some of our things in the common area on the second floor and went out for approximately seven hours. When we returned, all of our belongings were gone. The items included very personal belongings such as clothes, skincare products, chocolate, and cooking sauces. The next day, we went to the reception to ask what had happened. We were told that the staff had assumed our belongings were rubbish and had thrown them away. What kind of hostel throws away guests' belongings after less than a day—after not even half a day? What made this even more confusing was that when we briefly checked the lost and found, even small items such as toothbrushes were being kept there. Yet our belongings, which clearly included clothes, skincare products, and other personal items, were apparently treated as rubbish and disposed of. The staff admitted that this was a mistake. However, the manager who was apparently responsible for throwing away our belongings—a bald male manager whose name starts with a capital **T**—did not apologise to us at all. He simply stood at a distance and acted as if nothing had happened. Later, when we checked our belongings after they were returned, we realised that one of our cooking sauces was missing. When we asked about it, we were told that the staff had checked inside our bag, decided that the sauce looked fine, and placed it in one of the shared kitchens for other guests to use. Honestly, this was disgusting. Our belongings had initially been classified as rubbish.
