The valet/bellman are friendly and quick even though it is one person who handles both valet and bell service. They did a great job!

The facility is runned down and electrical wires exposed. I booked a suite that sleeps 7 and it was a run down hotel room with 3 beds crammed into it with foul odors. The AC didn’t work. The room key scanner on the door fell off at check in. Walls were literally crumbling at the bottom. The plugs kept falling out of the outlets. It was pretty terrible and we had no choice but to stay there because we were there for my grandpa’s funeral and my credit card was tied up at this place.
Horrible location, also do dirty & moldy!

So dirty and so unsanitary for anyone to stay. Roach infested!
I like that it has a great view and good location its convenient because it just around the corner.

I didnt like the whole facility. Its old and everything is broken. The facility is under construction which i believe they should let the customers know. Fridge is not working and have an awful smell, theres no bathroom light and the sink in the kitchen has no water. The room also is very old, and looks very different in the pictures. No trash can, only in the bathroom which is very small. I wouldnt recommend staying here tbh.
The room didn't smell bad. And the bed seemed clean

room looked like it was last updated in 1965 . Old paint, crappie cabinets ,AC didn't work, electric plugs so old whatever you plugged into it would fall out.
Upon booking I informed them that I was in a wheelchair. The room I was in I could barely fit the wheelchair in and the shower had no bars to hold on to. I was told by Hotel staff that I needed to take up the issue with Booking.com

Construction actively going on made the elevator wait super duper long. Just to get to lobby from my room to ok m 45mins.
