That one female staff with the dark brown hair, super rude and will always answer you I dont know even if you use a translator. She always asleep when we go to the reception and when we wake her up she’s very mad The AC is leaking and noisy when turned on

Самое ужасное это желтые потертые полотенца, что утром в 9 стучались как ненормальные что бы подать завтрак хотя я ночью предупреждала ресепшен что сообщу сама время подачи, в целом за 15 тыс можно но не 23 тыс, душевая и все остальное уже старое

Завтрак вкусный , но не шведский стол,просто принесли тарелку с омлетом . Если на машине парковка есть , но припарковаться нереально. Полотенца уже очень ушатаные , номера маленькие, не развернуться
