Opiniones de los huéspedes
- Cleanliness9.0
Consistently praised across reviews (''very clean'', ''La propreté''); guests repeatedly note tidy public areas and rooms.
- Service9.8
Strongly positive overall — staff described as friendly, helpful, attentive and warm; some isolated service issues (inappropriate comments by a few male staff, occasional minimal effort from some employees) but majority of comments praise staff responsiveness.
- Location9.0
Good location near Castries with pleasant views and easy access via shuttle; note uphill walk back from town for those who walk and beach access/service expectations vary.
- Room Quality8.3
Rooms described as comfortable and modern by many guests, though a few mentions of small shower areas and the hotel being somewhat dated in places.
- Amenities8.8
Multiple restaurants, snacks until late, evening entertainment, shuttle service, pool/bar facilities and exercise classes are positives; occasional gaps (shuttle not running some days, beach bar exclusions) noted.
- Value for Money7.7
Mixed impressions: some call it good value and highlight comfortable rooms and facilities, while others cite mediocre food, beach transfer not worth much and occasional staff issues affecting perceived value.
- Food and Beverage7.3
Mixed to average: several guests praise the food and variety, while others call buffet/meals mediocre or inconsistent (depends on chef); suggestions for more local specialties and fuller buffet at times.
- Overall Experience9.7
Generally highly positive — many headlines like ''Pure relaxation'', ''Excellent'', and 'very relaxing' reflect an excellent overall stay, with minor service/food caveats not detracting for most guests.
