No free shuttle to and from T3 Domestic Airport. Ordered ice when checked in plus rang twice but never received.

I wasn’t a fan of the food, nor was I happy about being told that when I booked, that they had ‘made a mistake’ and under charged me. It was only a very small difference (which they also pointed out) which I get, but that is not really the point. The point is that I booked and agreed to pay the amount that was advertised - you can’t go ‘oops my bad. We made a mistake and under quoted and under charged your account and need more money’. In my view that’s terrible terrible customer service and not my problem. Just to be clear - it would have been fine it was an extra city tax, which i have paid before because it was disclosed in the information about the hotel at the tome of booking.

We chose the hotel for its proximity to the international airport as we were only staying briefly between flights. The free shuttle service from and to the airport was very much appreciated. All the staff at the hotel were helpful and cheerful. The room layout was typical of Ibis Hotels - neat, compact and well designed. It was the right place for us to stay considering our time constraints.
