Wifi - excellent Location - conveniently close to Robinsons mall Parking - adequate space (but adding some covered parking with some shade nets would be a cheap and effective addition) Staff - very friendly and professional, especially one reception staff (sorry I forgot your name) but she was always smiling and helpful even though I could see she was tired close to the end of her shift. Also one of the managers was exceptionally friendly. Another senior member of the maintenance was also super helpful and always kind. This is a reflection of the staff and the management. But please remember to turn off the lights so we keep those electric costs down from Paleco! Bed - you can fall asleep easily in these beds, they were great for me personally. Value - we were a group of three and paid around 50 USD for a Queen bed and a single bed with breakfast included.

Slippery tiles outside - my recommendation is putting some special grip/anti-slip tape to avoid accidents, as I am flat footed and my slippers have almost no grip it was similar to me walking on ice skates when it rained. When it was dry it was fine.

I really took time before I wrote a review because this property deserves a well-written review. The place is very quiet, clean, comfortable and the breakfast is superb! You can’t feel that you’re at the busy part of Puerto Princesa because it has a long driveway that isolates it from the noise of the road. It feels very homey, we loved the breakfast so much as we were expecting it was just a standard breakfast. No, it was a superb, well-prepared, big serving, delicious breakfast and I’m not exaggerating it (staycation is my thing so I know a good hotel when I see one haha). The staff are so nice and kind, always smiling and attending to our needs. They are very patient even when we brought kids who are a bit loud. The café has good food and is very quiet. The pool is well-maintained and fit for families as it’s not too deep. The design of the room and the amenities are not only aesthetically-pleasing but also functional which is rare in hotels nowadays. Our family stayed for two nights and three days, all is smooth and it really exceeded our expectations. I will definitely go back here soon.

The staff were really great, friendly and accommodating. The location is also good as it is not too close to the main road but near enough for a quick walk. It is close to a mall and several good restaurants. They also have a kid friendly pool which was a big plus.

We've stayed 4 nights but there were no cleaning services offered, no change in beddings, towels or even refill of toilet papers. We had to call and request for new towels as the ones initially provided got wet from the pool.
