I had an extremely disappointing experience at ibis Styles Nha Trang during my stay on October 28–29. I was staying on the 12th floor, where a family with several children was making an unacceptable amount of noise throughout the night. At around 1 AM, the children were running, shouting, and playing in the hallway, which woke me up. They eventually left the floor, but returned close to 3 AM and continued making noise, even after entering their room. What made the situation worse was the hotel’s terrible soundproofing. I could hear conversations, shouting, and even the sound of running water from the neighboring bathroom. It was almost impossible to get any proper rest. I tried calling the front desk to report the disturbance and ask the hotel to intervene, but nobody answered the phone. For a hotel operating under an international brand, this lack of responsiveness during the night is unacceptable. I specifically booked this hotel because I had an important business meeting early the following morning and needed a quiet place to sleep. Instead, I spent most of the night awake because of the noise and the hotel’s failure to address it. I would not recommend this property to anyone traveling for business or expecting a peaceful night’s sleep. Definitely not the standard of service I would expect from an ibis Styles hotel.

This would have been a 10/10 but for the breakfast. I went down about 8am (big mistake) it was like feeding time at the zoo, people just jostling for food, rude russians up to their antics, The girl on the egg station was overwhelmed, just fry 30 eggs and stick them on a plate, eggs cost nothing, but we're all stood around and as our Russian comrades like to push in they're all gathering round the egg station overwhelming the young girl, put someone experienced on there , or have 2 staff on it! As mentioned by other guests ,, there could be 100 people in there at one time, things run out and the staff can't keep up, so I ended up making Banh Mi for myself, 200k VND for 2 little banh mi and a waffle, If the Hotel could nail the breakfast it would be a 10/10 My advice...get to breakfast at 6am 😅

The pool was not maintained well. There was a lot of noise, drinking, and disturbance. I experienced a drunk person walking into my room in the middle of the night. It was not worth the money I paid.
