Le personnel est absolument incroyable : accueillant, chaleureux, attentionné et toujours prêt à rendre service. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien tout au long de notre séjour. L’emplacement est également idéal et très stratégique, à proximité immédiate de Thamel et du Garden of Dreams, ce qui permet de se déplacer facilement à pied. Enfin, le restaurant est bon. Une très belle adresse pour séjourner à Katmandou !

Le seul point négatif concerne le service de blanchisserie, que nous avons trouvé excessivement cher. Les tarifs ne nous ont malheureusement pas été communiqués à l’avance, ce qui nous a empêchés de connaître le coût du service avant de l’utiliser. De plus, certains de nos vêtements nous ont été rendus tachés. C’est dommage, car cela contraste avec la qualité générale de l’accueil et de notre séjour.

Needed to pay extra at breakfast for good coffee

I got a room not shown in the pictures which was very different. Still comfortable and the bed was huge for the room. Staff were amazing and helpful. No lift but the staff are strong and carry the suitcase up and down for you. Great location close to many attractions.

To start with, Oasis Kathmandu is excellently located as compared to other hotels I've stayed at in Thamel. Located in: a quiet but wifr lane just off the main road and just before entering the main Thamel area. The property and rooms were very clean and comfortable with all amenities we needed. The breakfast was also good. Tulsi bhai and the rest of the staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful towards us. We will be back on our way out of Kathmandu .

we had a great 1 night stay. everyone at the hotel was super friendly and polite. they helped us with everything we needed. hotel itself is a bit old but it's clean and pretty well maintained
