La limpieza de los baños y aseos no es frecuente

There were many good points, but the service of the staff was excellent! On the day of check-out, I dropped my iPhone in the hostel's common area and left without noticing. The staff who found the iPhone watched the security camera footage of the common area, found out who dropped the iPhone (me), and even emailed me. I think if it weren't for her perfect work, I would have never found my iPhone. I want to thank her.

I stayed at the end of April. It was autumn in Queenstown at this time, and it was cold outside. This hostel is not well insulated, so the rooms, washrooms, and toilets were cold. I recommend guests staying in the cold season to bring winter room wear and pajamas!

Personal amable, limpio y cómodo. Cocina bien equipada y diseño relajante fácil para conocer a otros viajeros. Ubicación tranquila aunque muy cerca del centro. Corto y empinado paseo hasta el inicio del sendero de 'Queenstown Hill' hasta la cima (arduamente pero que vale la pena por las excelentes vistas).

No hay mucho espacio en la parte inferior de la cápsula ya que es necesario deslizarse hacia arriba para llegar a la almohada - la cama es muy cómoda pero no se puede dormir de lado ya que la orientación es 'diferente'.

Excelente ubicación, las instalaciones estaban limpias, adecuadas, y los baños fáciles de acceder.
