Ein wunderschönes, individuelles kleines Hotel mit dem Charme der guten alten Zeit. Unser Zimmer (Nr. 7) hatte einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Promenade und das Meer und war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die auf dem Nachttisch bereitgestellten Ear-Plugs haben wir nicht benötigt. Obwohl unser Zimmer oberhalb des Restaurants lag, war es überhaupt nicht laut. Wir haben zweimal im Restaurant zu Abend gegessen und einmal gefrühstückt und fanden es jedes Mal sehr gut. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich. Wir würden hier auf jeden Fall wieder übernachten.

It just felt so different to other places you could stay in Cairns. It felt like it was geared to people who want to retreat from life a bit, but still be amongst it all. Would definitely stay here again. Clean, fancy, homely, and comfortable.

Bit tricky to work out where everything was, it's not very intuitive to find your way around the property - walk through the restaurant? Walk through the gate? Hard to know what the polite thing to do is. It's on the flight path, but that didn't really bother me too much.
