it was the worst hotel experience in my life! the rudest and unprofessional staff: the front desk manager who checked me in was yelling at one of the customers like she was a peasant! then he would lock the door and go do he is personal business while customers (including me) had to wait outside for his return to get in! the toilet was dirty, the bathroom was nasty, the ceilings had yellow marks all over. overall - the worst hotel I've ever been in!

Excellent location nearby to the metro station and the AeroExpress station from Domodedovo airport. The facility is clean and the staff was friendly. We are a family of 5 and stayed in the 2 room suite, which was very adequate. The air conditioning was not working in the entire building during our stay, which made it a bit uncomfortable but it was a building issue and not a hotel specific issue.

Белье в номере выглядело только-что застеленным, но нашел чёрные женские волосы-поменяли сразу, матрас на постели убитый совсем, спать беруши не помогли, разгрузочный или какой-то там центр за окном, шумно , расположение отличное, персонал норм, в целом пойдет, если не нуждаетесь во сне)))
