Nothing everything was excellent

I travel a lot (it is my job) so here it is a quick summary: - after booking the hotel sends easy to navigate email with possible upgrades (room/food/…) of your stay - quick and smooth check-in with efficient and kind staff - room is big enough for 2 persons, comfy bed with 2 pillows of different strength for both (4 in total) - room can be equipped with anything you forgot (just ask reception or call 0 from the room) - the view is not mesmerizing but enough for privacy and also to see the Address hotel or surroundings with great window soundproofing (however inadequate door soundproofing) - the location is 50/50, great for work but opposite for leisure. For work it is great to have easy connection via E11 and second exit (from Biz bay). For leisure and beach walk it is a long walk as you must use a bridge to get across or taxi however taxi is readily available outside the hotel. - there are many restaurants with good price/quality ratio and supermarket Viva within 2 mins walking distance - the breakfast is great, lot of options, healthy or less and also a la carte menu included in the price of breakfast (acai superbowl or waffles are amazing, salmon bruschetta is worth trying) - lunch and dinner options available incl. draft beers/drinks - check out smooth - staff is very helpful and kind

- the soap dispenser was broken in room 703 (not a big deal as I could have still used it, even forgot to mention it during check-out) - not convenient for leisure travellers but for me and my work it was great
