廁所很大，但一直有尿騷味，怎麼沖都還是有一點點(可能我敏感，家人覺得還好)，後來自己去大創買了芳香劑解決 浴缸的排水，會讓整個廁所都是水 廁所門為大滑門，入住當天遇到熊本地震，在11樓好有感，滑門很晃。 房間用地毯，不是整塊的，是一小塊一小塊拼起來的，然後又去大創買了室內拖。本來不介意，但退房當日看到隔壁房是木頭地板時，覺得不太舒服，總之以後應該不會選這家。

這次的住宿體驗真的讓人非常失望。 房間的清潔狀況明顯不到位，地板上隨處可見餅乾屑、頭髮，牆面也積了不少灰塵，冷氣一打開更有很重的霉味，讓人很難安心入住。 入住第一天被安排在11樓，沒想到房間裡竟然還出現蟑螂🪳。住過這麼多飯店，真的是第一次遇到房間有蟑螂，當下感受非常差。立即向飯店反映後，卻被告知當天房間已滿，無法更換，只能等到隔天才換到7樓。 換到7樓後，房間整體看起來確實乾淨一些，但仔細一看，床底下這些平常不容易注意到的地方，竟然還是有不少垃圾，讓人不禁懷疑飯店平時的清潔是否有確實落實。 其實住宿並不要求多豪華、多高級，最基本的「乾淨、衛生」應該是每間飯店都必須做到的。既然有心經營飯店，更應該把最基本的清潔品質顧好，而不是只有打掃表面看得到的地方。 希望飯店能真正重視房務清潔與環境衛生問題，而不是等到房客反映後才處理。這次的住宿經驗確實讓人非常失望，也很難讓人有再次入住的意願。

Power is controlled by the one key you are given at check in, which also controls the AC, so anytime we left the room, it warned up very fast. All of the light switches were on one side of the bed, and not labeled for what they turned on. This included the bathroom, so late night bathroom breaks were tricky. Fridge was broken, and we tried to get the front desk to fix it twice, but while they did come look at it in on second day, they couldn’t fix it. Our elderly family members in another room had a very slippery shower floor, and had trouble with their balance on it.
