My room at ColorsInn looked exactly like the photos, it was fresh, modern and clean. The breakfast had a really good selection, the staff were very nice and the location was good, close to central Sarajevo,  without being in the tourist centre. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

The ColorsInn restaurant only serves breakfast,  not lunch or dinner. It was the first time I have ever arrived at night to a 4 star hotel, which states it has a restaurant, to be told there was no food. I am not sure if the problem lies with the hotel or with booking.com,  but this doesn't seem right - I wasn't expecting a spa, a gym, or a swimming pool, just something to eat. I don’t think it should be possible to claim that a hotel has a "restaurant" facility if it only serves breakfast.

The breakfast was simply great in terms of quality, variety and the staff know exactly what they are doing. Friendly, always smiling and extremely efficient. The check-in process and the front desk staff were consistently professional accross the times that we interacted with them, also helpful even when it was out of the scope of their hotel information. The hotel was a very pleasing experience to our stay in Sarajevo. Simply excellent.
