Opiniones de los huéspedes
- Cleanliness8.2
Generally reported as excellent by many guests, but multiple reviews note irregular housekeeping (rooms not made every 2 days), missing water refills and isolated issues (mosquitoes, maintenance-related cleanliness concerns).
- Service9.1
Frequently praised as friendly, helpful and accommodating (staff, engineering thanked); however a few guests reported subpar customer service experiences and issues around restaurant handling/guest transfers.
- Location9.4
Consistently highlighted as a major positive: in Al Seef/Old Dubai, excellent creek views, close to souk, boats, restaurants and an authentic heritage area—many guests loved the location.
- Room Quality8.6
Rooms described as spacious, well-decorated with comfortable beds and good layouts; a minority reported maintenance problems (broken/noisy bed, rooms requiring repair) affecting the stay.
- Amenities9.0
Amenities like the pool, sauna, steam room and the cute buggy/heritage theme were highlighted positively and enjoyed by many guests.
- Value for Money8.4
Several guests explicitly praised the price/quality ratio as excellent; a few comments implied some mismatch (restaurant quality versus hotel standard), but overall value is seen as good.
- Food and Beverage8.0
Mixed feedback: some guests called the food 'incredible' while others criticised breakfast, were moved to a different hotel's buffet, or wanted more dinner options—resulting in a slightly below-average score.
- Overall Experience8.1
Most guests described a tranquil, authentic and enjoyable stay (many glowing endorsements); recurring operational/maintenance and occasional service/food issues tempered a few experiences.
