On a dû changer de chambre car pas nettoyer du tout. Et là deuxième n'était pas mieux. Plein de poussière, sol qui colle et pleins de traces.

Staff was friendly. Had to call a couple of times about super late arrival. It was easy to connect with the local front desk.

It would be nice if they could pop for a small bottle of shampoo and conditioner (tiny type) and have a couple of coffee pods in the room or even coffee in the lobby.

Since it is a dog friendly Hotel I would encourage them to vacuum the hallways at least once a day

Hvac system was extremely loud. Bar fridge noise was bad. Air Conditioning was loud and had to unplug. Mattress was horrible and sprungs were broken. Elevator wasnt safe. No coffee maker and shampoo. No breakfast. Couldnt be worse.

wash clothes needs to be upgraded with new ones. Also the mattress was very uncomfortable with the linen to be replaced with new ones. Especially for the price that I paid.

There was a stains on top comforter and what it looked like a cigarette burn on blanket.
