The property was only 2 blocks from where we had to go, everything was easy walking distance. The view was great from the roof top area over Queenstown and the water - just like the photos. The free coffee machine was fabulous for us, great selection. The social area gave you somewhere else to go to read a book, do a bit of work or even have a take away dinner.

I would have liked a small fridge, but prefer the coffee machine if I had to choose and we would probably only put milk in the fridge, but then you'd need a kettle and coffee sachets - so its far better the way it is.

would have liked 2nd chair/seat. Staff could have known more about the city parking arrangements - claimed no knowledge or responsibility.... not good for internatioal visitors which Queenstown has no many of.

The size of the room with no closet or a safe to store my valuables. Early 10am check-out time and a charge for an 1 hour late check-out request. Front desk Staff is not friendly except the house keeping lady.

Location was great. Basin and mirror were good. Aircon was quiet and worked well. Lighting was good and awesome hairdryer and straighteners.

Rooms are very tight, with no chair/table as would normally be expected. Bathroom is poorly designed - wet shower box opens directly into bedroom so you have to step out naked into room to get a towel. Beds were very firm, and during the night there were very noisy cars outside. Also there was no tea option from the hot drink vending machine (only coffee or hot chocolate).
