Remm Tokyo Kyobashi was an excellent hotel to stay at for our first time visit to Tokyo. There was train station access in front of the hotel enabling you to move around the city easily. The reception staff are so helpful. We had breakfast each morning that had a good range of Japanese and European foods. It’s close to lots of restaurants cafes and shops. There is even a small massage chair in the room. We used the washer and dryers where you can use coins or Suica card. Highly recommend.

The reception staff were amazing! Really kind, really helpful. The multiple types of room cleaning options were great, with magnetic signs to put on the door. Extra amenities for free in reception if needed. The location was great, only had short journeys to places throughout Tokyo. Would stay again!

The room was extremely small. For two people there was no space not even to open your luggage on the floor to get your stuff out. But this is a common situation with hotels in Tokyo
The location and cleanliness are both excellent. Thank you!

The location was excellent. We were doing a few Shinkansen trips, so we wanted to be close to Tokyo station, which was a 6-7 min walk. The Metro stations were very close. The Kyobashi line was right outside the main entrance of the hotel, and the Ginza line was a few mins walk. Shops and cafes were plentiful, and Ginza was within walking distance. The hotel breakfasts and lunches were very good and well worth the money.

The reason I gave the Remm hotel a very poor mark was for one thing.. There was no chest of drawers or shelves anywhere in the room to put your clothes or other items. There was a small cupboard which you could house a few hang-ups and , that was it. We were living out of a suitcase in our room after paying $400 a night. Any time we wanted a change of clothes, or other items we couldn't store in our room, we were humping a 15 kg suitcase on to the bed to find them sometime you can be doing this 3 or more times a day. Talk about frustration. I did speak to one of the duty managers about this, but he hadnt got any answers. This was not our idea of a comfortable hotel. I dont think the hotel provided one of the basic, important needs that a traveler expects.
